Mutant Vinyl’s debut album for Klee Music, “Daffodil’s In Angell Town”, is an electro – eclectic deep dive into urban life of todays post-Brexit Britain. Inspired by a small plot of land in London’s Angell Town district, where flowers were only laid to commemorate the memory of murdered citizen, this collection of songs highlights Edwin Pope’s (the creative force that is Mutant Vinyl) ability to connect place, memory and music in a highly atmospheric and evocative manner.
